Application
It is a commonly used process to complete the processing of thick
plate parts by ordinary stamping or by adding a small amount of
subsequent cutting processes from ordinary stamping blanks. That is

requirement or the partial punching surface is a useful surface, a
small number of cutting processing steps are added to process the
part of the punching surface to achieve the required quality.

directly from the raw material to produce finished parts.
The ordinary stamping of thick plates includes shearing shear
forming, flat cutting die punching, oblique cutting die punching,
heating punching and other processes. The scope of application is:

requirement for quality of the punched surface and low requirements
for shape and position accuracy.
