The mold research and distribution hydraulic press is a precision
equipment for finishing, adjusting and repairing stamping dies,
punching dies, cavity molds, forging dies, plastic molding dies and
rubber molding dies. According to the structure and the functions
it has, it can be divided into a mold research hydraulic machine
and a research test hydraulic press.
The process of the research is to install the standard punch on the
lower plane of the movable beam of the hydraulic press. The rough
die is mounted on the movable table on the lower beam, and the red
powder is applied to the profile of the standard punch. On the
upper side, the movable beam is slowly lowered in parallel, and the
profile of the standard punch is gently contacted with the roughed
die surface, so that the rough surface of the die is colored red to
check the convex and concave cavity surface fitting. Is it even?
The movable beam is raised to the upper limit position, and the red
spot is polished or scraped according to the distribution of the
colored red dots on the rough surface of the die. The moving beam
falls again, gently touches the coloring, and is again returned to
the grinding, and so on, until the standard convex model surface
and the concave model surface meet the requirements.
Application
It is mainly used for the finishing and assembly of stamping dies
and blanking dies for the manufacture of large and medium-sized
automobile covers. The molds are large in size and expensive, and
they are generally roughed on a copy milling machine, and then the
roughed mold blanks are ground on a hydraulic press.
Features
This type of hydraulic press has the characteristics of large work
surface, large maximum closing height, large working space, small
nominal working pressure and large return force. The moving beam
has a high parallelism in dynamic and static, and the stopping
position of the movable beam is high in accuracy, generally up to
0.02 mm, and can be displayed on the console screen. The movable
beam should have a reliable automatic locking device to prevent the
sudden fall of the moving beam.
